Unfortunately, this is the limit for this offer. The average length of higher education lasts about 4 years in most countries, which is why Premium Student only lasts up to 4 years. Spotify understands that some students stay longer at a college/university, however, we can't make special exceptions. Hope it gets sorted out soon.

I did. However, whenever I click the student plan option button, the page redirects me back to the account home page.

Spotify, I'm not sure if you're understanding the issue. We are receiving an email that says " In a month's time, your Premium Student with Hulu and SHOWTIME plan expires. To keep your student discount, you need to reverify that you’re enrolled in an accredited college or university. Click here to reverify now."

1 Reply. Hey @janielemay, Double checking on this it seems that it's an issue with SheerID's site which Spotify has no direct access to making changes to it for example. I'd recommend reaching out to them through the email address at the bottom of the page here and one of their dedicated agents will be in touch as soon as possible.
