Machaven, also known as Hines House, is a historic home located at Rocky Mount, Nash County, North Carolina. It was built in 1907–1908, and is a 2 + 1 ⁄ 2-story, Classical Revival style brick dwelling with slate covered hipped roof. It has five interior chimneys, a pedimented portico with Doric order columns, and a full width one-story porch.

Cochran House (c. 1900), Mills-Watson House (c. 1914), Aladdin Homes Company "kit houses," the James Craig Braswell School (1940), Draine Confectionery (c. 1930), and West End Grocery (c. 1930).
