It is Dynamics CRM, General Ledger, MS Dynamics 2009. It seems like the code was changed to server with SYS, but in layer GLP the code was changed to country specific removing server. However the code added in SYS for unchecked (uncheck::TableSecurityPermission block was not changed in the GLP layer. When I commented this out it worked.
