Krabi (Thai: กระบี่ pronounced) is a province (changwat) of southern Thailand, on the shore of the Andaman Sea. Hat Noppharat Thara–Mu Ko Phi Phi National Park lies in the Ao Nang, Sai Thai, and Pak Nam Sub-districts of Amphoe Mueang Krabi, Krabi Province, Thailand. [1] It is a marine national park. [2] Established in 1983, it is an IUCN Category II protected area with coral reefs, and an area measuring 242,437 rai ~ 388 square kilometres (150 sq mi). [3]
