The title of the article really should just be "Islam in the Arctic" and only got to its current state because of an erroneous belief that "Arctic=Arctic Circle" but the Arctic Circle is a more restrictive area - whereas everything in the article is considered "Arctic" by either Western or Russian definitions of the term.
