Ninh Sơn is a district of Ninh Thuận province in the Southeast region of Vietnam. [1] Established in 1958, it covers an area of 771.81 km 2 (298.00 sq mi), and in 2017 had a population of 76,664 people.

Lâm Sơn is a commune (xã) and village of Ninh Sơn District, Ninh Thuận Province, Vietnam. [2] The commune lies along Highway 27A on the western side of Ninh Thuận Province, about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of Phan Rang–Tháp Chàm. It is located at the foot of the scenic Ngoạn Mục Pass (locally known as the Sông Pha Pass).
