Listening to Theta Waves right before bed improved my HRV. I heard someone describing it on the Whoop Podcast and gave it a try and lo and behold my HRV has gone up like 30% and is staying there. I'm pretty amazed. Just a Youtube Binaural Beat Theta Wave video that I listen to for like 10 minutes right before turning off the lights every night.

Theta waves aren't bad, they gucci. I think it just depends on the channel on where your listening, cause some might bring some bad stuff like nightmares from a channel like celestial subliminals. Could be a coincidence. The human brain is weird sometimes. Also, I could be wrong about celestial subliminals.

With the exception of the sleep, explore tape because from what I could tell while using it, it didn't have any binaural effect.

What should I know about sleep for the MCAT lol. Here's what I got: Awake = Beta Waves (you BETA stay awake...) N3/4 = delta waves (deep sleep). Sleep walk + bed- wetting can occur here. REM = beta waves (your brain activity is as if your awake) BUT REM is called paradoxical because although your brain is awake, your movement is paralyzed ...

The idea behind sound frequency therapy is fairly simple. When a frequency is played the brain will actually attempt to match brainwaves with the frequency. If one frequency is played on in one ear and another frequency played in another ear the brain will produce a frequency that is the difference between the two.
