Kulai-NSE Highway or Jalan Alor Bukit, Federal Route 399 is a major highway in Johor state, Malaysia. It is the only federal road in Malaysia constructed as a 2-lane freeway by an expressway concessionaire company ( PLUS Expressway Berhad ) as a part of the North–South Expressway project.
The Larkin Sentral (Jawi: لرکين سينترل) (formerly Larkin Bus and Taxi Terminal) is a bus terminal located in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. It has direct bus services to and from many cities and towns in Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore and Hat Yai in Thailand. This T-shaped terminal has three levels and about 50 bus bays.

Kulai was an important stopover on the Johor Bahru-Kuala Lumpur trunk road in the 1970s and 1980s until the North–South Expressway (NSE) E2 opened in 1994, which bypassed the town. Senai North Interchange ( NSE )253 is the connection to Singapore (from the east to the west).NSE is also one of the access points to the Mount Pulai nature reserve.
