Joanne Whalley (born 25 August 1961) [1] [2] is an English film and television actress. She was credited as Joanne Whalley-Kilmer from 1988 to 1996 during her marriage to Val Kilmer . [ 3 ]
She was created a life peer on 15 May 2000 taking the title Baroness Walmsley, of West Derby in the County of Merseyside, [2] whereupon she took the Liberal Democrat Whip. She was the party's spokesperson in the House of Lords on: Education & Skills (2001–2003); Home Affairs (2003–2004); and again for Education & Skills from 2004 onwards.

[1] He also returned for all of the Waltons reunion projects during the 1980s and 1990s. [citation needed] He provided the voice of Christopher Robin for Disney's Winnie the Pooh cartoons. [2]
