It contains a vast number of hiking, walking and equestrian trails as well as function facilities such as picnic shelters. The park is also the location of the Metro Vancouver Regional Parks East Area offices, located at the northwest corner of the park. As of 2019 the park comprised a total area of 1,352 acres. [1]

Browns Creek Bike Path is a Class I bike path that is “tucked away from the surrounding hustle and bustle” of the San Fernando Valley, “hugging the side” of the Browns Canyon Wash. [ 1 ] The path begins at Lassen Street, just east of Chatsworth Metrolink Station , and ends just north of Rinaldi Street near Stoney Point Park .
