I go to "Motors"-"Cars & Trucks"- "Collector Cars"- "Antique & Vintage (pre-1925)" and get 75,826 results. Choosing "Oldest First" from the drop-down list, a Lotus Super Seven, a Shelby Cobra, and a Land Rover top the list. Of the 50 cars listed on that first page, 22 are hot rods. Phil
Is anyone else having trouble finding antique cars on eBay Motors?I Click on my bookmark I've used for well over 10 years: Collector Cars. That has sections 1939 and earlier which now turns up a mix of modern junk. The other section Antiques 1925 and earlier is non functional as well.I called eBay ...

I'm still an E-bayer for buying stuff only, rarely ever sell (interpreted "give away") stuff there due to the stifling high fees first of E-Bay then Pay-Pal. I search on queries like 1931 Buick and have found some useful parts there. I also go to E-Bay Motors/collector cars/1939 and earlier to see if there are any interesting car listings.

I am almost 60 (6 more weeks) and started in the hobby 44 years ago. Back then, Hemmings Motor News and Peterson's magazine - Collector Cars I believe - were the go to magazines along with that lesser marketplace - name escapes me but it was fun. Then Collectible Automobile. I think there is a misconception regarding Hemmings, maybe not.
There are some very nice cars but none that I am overly nuts about. Realistically I would love to have a 1983 Trans Am Daytona Pace Car. Unrealistically many dream cars could fill the garage mostly 16 cylinder models 😁 I have never been a corvette guy but as of late I have been considering liquidating and getting a c8 . Probably the only car ...
I was just curious how eBay determines listings for new sealed collector liquor bottles? I'm a Crown Royal Collector and eBay has deleted a few of my listings in the past because the item is new in box and sealed, but I see similar listings everyday for the same items that are new in box and sealed.
Buick, like 99.9% of all early, domestically built cars (& a large variety of foreign, if not mistaken), were usually using Roller Bearings on front spindle arrangements all of the way up until sometime in the 1960’s, I believe (don’t quote me on this timeframe; just a guess).
