    Imgops. It combines a few search engine including yandex. Yandex. I've had way better results with Yandex than Google reverse image search by far, haven't used Baidu much so can't say. Primeyes seems really good at finding similar pics that are adult content but NOT the actual person you’re searching.

    Tineye also gives the context - the web page on which the image appears. So often you can click on that link and find other images from the same set.     Tineye does not archive anything. Google Image Search does not archive anything. All they do is (try to) match an image, then provide a last-scraped URL where a matching image was found. "Last scraped" is key. Tineye actually puts that date on the result. As you've discovered, this does not necessarily mean it's still around.
