The residue of Google's original idealism is slowly washing away: it's a shame, but we GE users have had a free ride for years - decades. I would have been happy to pay a subscription all those years. I wish Google had thought of keeping the useful GE features that it has abandoned on a subscription-only basis. Perhaps in time they will.

In a previous job I added files to Google Earth pro and it automatically loaded all city and county boundaries in the State of Utah to the map every time I opened Google Earth Pro. And when I would click anywhere on the map within the state it would tell me which jurisdiction that location was in.
With Google Search, select Edit profile Location. With Google Maps, select Edit profile Business information Location. Under “Location and areas,” next to “Service area,” select the pencil icon . Under “Selected service areas,” remove the location(s) that your business does not service. Select Save.
(My Maps) Hi, I imported a list of coordinates from a CSV file, it gave my a bunch of points on a map which is a good start, but I would much prefer it be a polygon shape. I don't trust that I'll do a good enough job doing it by hand, so I wondered if there was a way of saying "convert this layer to a polygon"?
