The Pine-Richland High School's mascot is the Ram. The Rams baseball, girls soccer, hockey, gymnastics, and volleyball teams were all state champions in the 2005–2006 school year. There were five state championship teams in 2006: girls volleyball, girls soccer, baseball, boys tennis doubles, and gymnastics.
The district operates Eden Hall Upper Elementary School for grades 4–6; Pine-Richland Middle School for grades 7–8, and Pine-Richland High School for grades 9–12. Pine-Richland High school students may choose to attend A. W. Beattie Career Center for vocational training.
She attended Pine-Richland High School from 2003 to 2007 and was the captain of the girls soccer team. In 2005, she helped lead Pine-Richland to the Pennsylvania state high school championship and was an NSCAA All-America selection. She was also named a Parade All-American. [4]
Overall, Richland had a 23.5% decrease in schools with excellent ratings year-over-year. The county also had a sizable 62.5% jump in the number of schools considered average compared to last year.
