Prizm Outlets, formerly the Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas, is a 371,000-square-foot (34,500 m 2) outlet shopping center in Primm, Nevada, located just off Interstate 15 at the California state line, approximately 40 miles (64 km) southwest of Las Vegas. It is owned by Rialto Capital Management, on land leased from the Primm family.
The center has 356,154 square feet (33,087.8 m 2) of space [5] and 66 stores. Pioneer Place I and II contain four levels, including a basement level. [2] The top floor of Pioneer Place II houses a Regal Cinemas theater. [2] Cascades, the food court, is located underground below Pioneer Tower/Zone C, which also connects to a parking garage.

It became one of the top shopping spots in the Las Vegas Valley, and was popular among tourists because of its close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip. Customer attendance decreased after the opening of the nearby Fashion Show Mall in 1981. The Boulevard Mall was renovated in 1984.
