Garret Andrew Siler (born October 25, 1986) is an American former professional basketball player. He formerly played center for Augusta State University (now Augusta University ). When he went undrafted in the 2009 NBA draft , he first signed with the D-League 's Utah Flash and then the Chinese Basketball Association 's Shanghai Sharks .
The 1960 and 1968 drafts were 21 rounds, before settling at 10 rounds by 1974 (in 1977, however, the draft was held in eight); it was reduced to seven rounds in 1985.
