John G. Cook (born April 19, 1956) is an American volleyball coach who is the head coach of the Nebraska Cornhuskers women's college volleyball team. In twenty-five seasons at Nebraska, he has led the Cornhuskers to four national championships (2000, 2006, 2015, 2017) and fifteen conference titles.
Cook was named National Coach of the Year in 2000 and 2005, Central Region Coach of the Year four times, and conference coach of the year six times. He was awarded the USA Volleyball All-Time Great Coach Award in 2008, and was inducted into the AVCA Hall of Fame in 2017.
She first caught the attention of Nebraska Cornhuskers head coach John Cook during a Cornhuskers volleyball camp at age 14. While not considered a top prospect at the time, Cook specifically approached her on the final day of the camp; she recalled in a 2023 ESPN story, "He asked to see my hands, which I thought was so weird."

Kelsey Marie Robinson Cook (born June 25, 1992) is an American volleyball player. She has been a member of the United States women's national volleyball team since 2014. A three-time Olympian, Robinson has a gold, silver, and bronze medal from the 2020 , 2024 , and 2016 Olympics respectively.
