I am familiar with chain flails on chippers to remove bark and limbs during whole tree chipping. As you would expect during the winter the flail will remove a lot of small limbs and not so much bark.

  7. Jonsered 2077, how was it? - The Forestry Forum

February 05, 2014, 05:49:17 PM. The Jonsered 2077 was also sold as the Partner P7700 and Poulan Pro 475. Close to 5.4hp. Its an older design and it wont cut as fast as the newer saws. The newer Jonsered 2171 is smaller and will out cut it. The 2077 was and still is a good saw. Run it and enjoy it.

August 15, 2024, 09:07:17 AM. A cheat sheet was most useful to me when sawing things on the LT35 (Simple Set) like siding where the measurements don't align with a scale. Learning use the cheat sheet with the set works speeds things up. For example, I have customers who want 5/8" or 3/4" thick clapboard siding.
