Beginning July 1, 2009, the Utah Insurance Department has mandated electronic processing of reinstatements using SIRCON or NIPR. Required continuing education (CE) must be completed prior to license renewal. Reinstatements are available 24/7 from the 4th day after inactivation to 365 days after.
