Epic is the third studio album by American electronic music duo Blood on the Dance Floor, released on October 5, 2010. The album is the group's first with Jayy Von Monroe and their first to appear on the US Billboard charts. Several of the tracks appeared on previous Blood on the Dance Floor releases and reappear here in a rerecorded format.
The videos were made in response to accusations that a friend had raped Leonhardt, and that Leonhardt had a sexual relationship with the lead singer of the electropop band Blood on the Dance Floor, Dahvie Vanity (real name Jesus David Torres) while Leonhardt was a minor. [1]
In a short video uploaded to the duo's official YouTube channel promoting the album, lead singer Dahvie Vanity said the album "represents my blood, sweat, and tears. My entire life and emotions." [ 1 ] The album is notable for its collaborations, the opening track "Rise and Shine" featuring rapper Deuce .
