Ambedkar was born on 14 April 1891 in the town and military cantonment of Mhow (now officially known as Dr Ambedkar Nagar, Madhya Pradesh). [9] He was the 14th and last child of Ramji Maloji Sakpal , an army officer who held the rank of Subedar , and Bhimabai Sakpal, daughter of Laxman Murbadkar. [ 10 ]
Konaseema district, (officially Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Konaseema district) is a district in Konaseema region of Andhra Pradesh in India. It is situated between the tributaries of the Godavari River in the Coastal Andhra. It was carved out of East Godavari district on 4 April 2022 by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
The Buddha and His Dhamma was first published in 1957 in the year following Ambedkar's death on 6 December 1956. Written in English, the book has been translated to many languages, including Hindi, Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Malayalam, Bengali and Kannada.

Ambedkar claims that the application of the word in the Hindu sense is incorrect as it wrongly associates them with the people and culture of the Indo-Aryan society, who committed wrongdoings, such as offending the Brahmins. [4] Ambedkar also discusses Aryan race theory and rejects Indo-Aryan invasion theory [5] in the book. [6]
Ambedkar writes, "They [the Mohammedans] the kept on abusing them and us. The abuse was so vulgar that it had exasperated us." Ambedkar reflects on this episode at the end of the chapter, stating, ''I gave one instance to show that a person who is an untouchable to a Hindu is also an untouchable to a Parsi.
