Clerks Office. The Village Clerk is the official record keeper of the Village of New Lenox. The Clerk is responsible for the safekeeping of all official Village documents, issues Village licenses such as Liquor and Raffle licenses, as well as having the responsibility for the Village seal and placing it on all official documents.
