It's an Angus Young. The Angus Young signature doesn't have lightning-bolt inlays. There was a variation on the SG made in the 1980's to appeal to the glam metal crowd that did have a lightning-bolt tailpiece, but it wasn't used by Young. The Angus Young Signature is indeed very similar to late 1960's SG's, which is how Angus wanted it.
