The Mizoram College Teachers' Association (MCTA) is a governmental, non-political and non-profit organisation for college teachers under the Government of Mizoram, India. It was established by a conference of college teachers on 7 September 1979 at Aizawl , which became its headquarters.

In 1980, the Education Department of Mizoram recognized it as a full fledge high school (up to Class-10). The Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) recognized the school as a full-fledge high school. On 26 June 2000, Director of School Education, Government of Mizoram, allowed the school to function for Arts stream as a higher secondary school.
