Arizona State Route 303 (SR 303) or Loop 303, also known as the Bob Stump Memorial Parkway (formerly the Estrella Freeway), is a freeway that serves the west part of the Phoenix metropolitan area.
When complete, Northern Parkway will be 12.5 miles (20.1 km) in length, stretching from Loop 303 to US 60. Northern Parkway will be an access-controlled freeway for the six-mile segment from Loop 303 through the Agua Fria River. Between the Agua Fria River and US 60, it will be an enhanced arterial street with lights at major intersections.

The Arizona Department of Transportation first identified the need for a route along the current SR 30 corridor in June 2005.
