École Française de Harare or Groupe Scolaire Jean de La Fontaine is a French international school in Vainona, Harare, Zimbabwe. [1] Registered with the Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE), it serves preschool to the upper secondary (lycée) levels. As of 2015 the school has 170 students from 27 countries. [2] [3]

Eaglesvale Senior School is a Christian, co-educational independent, boarding and day school situated on an estate approximately 40 hectares (100 acres) in Harare, Zimbabwe. It is 12 km south west of the Harare Central Business District. It shares the same estate with Eaglesvale Preparatory School which is the primary school.
However, by 1983, the demand for independent schools had gained pace again – many more new schools were founded, nearly all co-educational schools, while nearly all the founding members of CHISZ had been single-sex schools. In 1983 six new independent schools were started; from 1983 to 1986 nineteen more were founded.
Mazowe follows the Zimbabwe Schools Examination Council (ZIMSEC) syllabus at O Levels and A levels. According to Zimbabwe School Examinations Council's data, in 2013 the school was among top 20 schools in Zimbabwe. [3] The school was awarded the secretary's bell in 2016 for being the most developing school in Mashonaland Central Province.
