    My Account App not gone? I received a notice saying the My Account App was going away April 26th. It has not. Did Xfinity change their mind? The Xfinity App is not really ready to replace the My Account App. Way too many things are missing in the Xfinity app.

    7 Messages. @XfinityGabriel yes, i can access it via my web browser. the issue is with the Samasung Email app on my Galaxy phone. i am trying to add the account, and for some reason the app can not verify the account. it reads: "Couldn't Verify Account.     Please have a look at How To Link, Unlink, and Switch Between Multiple Xfinity Accounts. For the linking of the accounts, this will most likely need to be done through the website, but once it is linked you should be able to switch between the account in the Xfinity app. Please let us know if you have any questions of issues.

    Once the modem is assigned to your account, activation will be a breeze. Right now it can't have any bootfiles sent to it because it's not in our system to determine what services an account is subscribed to or what account the device is assigned to. Once you add it, please let me know if there are still any issues getting it activated.
