Etika (1990–2019) (born Desmond Daniel Amofah), age 29, was an American YouTuber. On June 19, 2019, Etika died of suicide by jumping off of the Manhattan Bridge and drowning. [20] Amofah had struggled with mental health issues, and had been cyberbullied and harassed prior to his death.
