Jul 14, 2008 9:18 AM in response to Ethan Allen. mine did this to try this. press and hold the power/home button till the screen gose black. (before the apple logo appers) then plug iphone into comp and hold home button down, itunes will see the iphone as a new phone. GABAglu.
