Davao Chong Hua High School (simplified Chinese: 纳卯 中华 中学; traditional Chinese: 納卯 中華 中學; pinyin: Nàmǎo Zhōnghuá Zhōngxué; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: La̍p-báu Tiong-hôa Tiong-o̍h), formerly known as Davao Chinese High School (1924—1976) and Davao Central High School (1976—2016), is the first Chinese school in Davao City, established on June 3, 1924.

The Davao City National High School, first known as the Davao Provincial High School had its humble beginning in 1922. Housed in a Nipa hut at Magallanes Street, it opened its doors to 67 eager students with Mr. Dominador Fernandez as Officer-in-Charge and later by Mr. Adolfo Casolan as Principal with three teachers to help him guide the sixty seven (67) students who were enrolled at the time.

In March 2020, students at PSHSS-Southern Mindanao Campus helped produce face shields for medical workers during the COVID-19 Pandemic, using their school's 3D printer. [1] In 2023, Mary Grace U. Espino was selected as JCI's 56th Most Outstanding High School Graduate from nominees at high schools across Davao City. [2]
The school moved one step further by offering high school education in 1971. By 1973, the school was officially named Davao Christian High School. The first batch of 36 high school students graduated in 1975. School population exceeded 1000 by 1982. The Student Council was organized in 1984. The DCHS Alumni Association was organized in 1987.
