The water in the middle bathroom does not stay high enough to cover the exit opening of the toilet. I can manually add water but the water slowly drains (10-15 seconds) to below the opening of the exit opening. I can change the settings from regular to dry flush and vise versa, but the toilet will not keep water covering the opening of the drain.

The other problem with installing a regular toilet is you will either have to run it through the existing black tank, which doesn't eliminate the problem of debris clogging the line, or you will have to remove the black tank altogether and plumb the toilet directly to the sewer line, which means you won't be able to reinstall the RV toilet later when you sell.
