Pennsylvania Route 61 (PA 61) is an 81.8-mile-long (131.6 km) state highway that is located in Pennsylvania in the United States. The route is signed north-south despite running in a northwest-southeast direction from U.S. Route 222 Business (US 222 Bus.) in Reading to US 11/US 15/PA 147 in Shamokin Dam.
According to the United States Census Bureau, Ashland has a total area of 1.7 square miles (4.3 km 2), all land. [3] Ashland is served by Pennsylvania Route 54 and Pennsylvania Route 61. PA 54 leads east-northeast 3.5 miles (5.6 km) to Girardville and 9 miles (14 km) to Shenandoah, and northwest 16 miles (26 km) to Elysburg.
