That, and Spanish speaking fans, of the anime at least, wouldn't have picked on that because in the Spanish dub she was refered to as Ceres Victoria. I would maintain Seras Victoria's name is based in Latin, not Spanish, and in Latin it *does* mean "You will be victorious".
