New Hudson is a town in Allegany County, New York, United States. The population was 801 at the 2020 census. [ 2 ] The town is on the west border of the county, northeast of Olean .
The township is south of PA 93 (originally the Lehigh-Susquehanna Turnpike). It is also west of the Interstate 80—Interstate 81 interchange. I-80 runs through the northern portion of the township.
