Grove City Premium Outlets, (formerly Prime Outlets-Grove City) is an open-air outlet mall, which is situated on Interstate 79, four miles south of its junction with Interstate 80, in Springfield Township, west of Grove City, Pennsylvania.
The development process for what would become the outlets began in 2000. [1] The site was chosen for its access from Interstate 79, proximity to The Meadows Racetrack and Casino, and for having sufficient distance from Grove City Premium Outlets. [1] It is approximately 70 miles (110 km) south of its largest rival, the Grove City Premium Outlets.

The Philadelphia Premium Outlets is a 553,000-square-foot (51,400 m 2) open-air outlet mall located in Limerick Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, 35 miles northwest of Philadelphia. It is located off an interchange of U.S. Route 422 near the Limerick Nuclear Power Plant. It is owned by the Premium Outlets division of Simon Property Group.
In August 2017, the developers announced that outlets plan has been abandoned and the mall would instead feature a mix of retail, entertainment, and dining venues, much to that of a traditional shopping mall.
