In Chicago, Fox Sports 2 is only available in Preferred, and the FS2-HD channel is only available if you have an X1 receiver. I can watch the FS2-SD channel on my Tivo but not the HD channel. Have you tried to watch the FS2-SD channel?

Unfortunately, Xfinity and Fox customer service have both been extremely unhelpful thus far and don't seem to understand the issue. My cable package includes BTN. I was able to stream BTN from the Fox Sports app and website with no issue up until a month or two ago. I can still stream all the other Fox-owned channels I get.

Currently, both CHSN and over-the-air antenna channels 62.2 and 62.3 aren't available on Xfinity.
