The whole broad gauge railway network built after the second world war. In the Záhony transfer area made many organizer (rendező) and transfer (átrakó) station. Nearly half (52%) of the Austro-Hungarian Empire's railways were built in Hungary, thus the railroad density there became higher than that of Cisleithania.
