The Hancock Village Historic District encompasses the town center of Hancock, New Hampshire. It extends the length of Hancock's Main Street, from Pine Ridge Cemetery and the common to the west, and the junction of Bennington, Norway Hill, and Forest roads to the east. It then extends a short way up Bennington Road.
The Hancock–Greenfield Bridge carries Forest Road (historically known as Old County Road) over the Contoocook River, which forms the border between eastern Hancock and northwestern Greenfield. The road splits off from New Hampshire Route 109, runs southeast roughly parallel to NH 109, and rejoins NH 109 again. The northern section of NH 109A is locally named Middle Road.
