Mary Lou Weepie, 87 of Fairbank passed away Thursday June 13th at Lexington Estates in Independence. She was born August 20, 1936 in Independence, the daughter of Frank and Irene (Carson) Sweeney. She was a graduate of St John’s Catholic School and was the Valedictorian of her class.

Jerold “Jerry” Paul Plaster, 70 of Fairbank, died Monday, February 28 th 2022, at Unity Point Allen Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa following a lengthy illness. He was born June 2, 1951, the son of Paul and Dorothy (Friedrich) Plaster. He was confirmed at St John’s Lutheran Church in Fairbank.
Services: memorial services at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, at Woods Funeral Home, Fairbank, with inurnment in the Fairbank Cemetery. Family will greet friends from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home, and an hour before services.
