The final US show as Humble Pie took place in Marietta, GA on New Year's Eve. In early 1984, Rick Richards (Georgia Satellites) replaced Phil Dix on guitar as the band was about to record demos with Eddie Offord (Yes, ELP) at his studio in Atlanta.
