Noble County is a county located in the southeastern part of the U.S. state of Ohio. As of the 2020 census, the population was 14,115, [2] making it the fourth-least populous county in Ohio. Shenandoah High School opened in September 1963 with 390 students. Ohio Congressman Robert T. Secrest gave the main address at the school's official dedication in November.
