The Trinity Hymnal is a Christian hymnal written and compiled both by and for those from a Presbyterian background. The Great Commission is outlined in Matthew 28:16–20, where on a mountain in Galilee Jesus calls on his followers to make disciples of and baptize all nations in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
