"Mi Verdad" (transl. "My Truth") is a song by Mexican band Maná featuring Colombian singer-songwriter Shakira. It was released on 9 February 2015 by the Mexican division of Warner Music Group, as the lead single from Maná's ninth studio album Cama Incendiada. [1] The song is the main theme of the Mexican telenovela Sueño de amor. [2]

Alejandro González Trujillo (born February 24, 1969) is an American musician. He is the main drummer and songwriter for the Mexican band Maná and metal band De La Tierra.He is nicknamed "El Animal" and has sung lead vocals on several songs, such as "Me Vale".
