Bayan Lepas is a state constituency in Penang, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Penang State Legislative Assembly since 1959. It covers the southwestern corner of Penang Island , including the old quarter of the town of Bayan Lepas and fishing villages along the island's southern coast.
It forms part of the pan-island Federal Route 6, linking Teluk Kumbar with Bayan Lepas to the east and Gertak Sanggul to the west. To alleviate worsening traffic congestion in the area, the Malaysian Public Works Department has widened a stretch of the road leading to the town in 2017.

[3] Located 11 km (6.8 mi) south of the city centre, it lies within the suburb of Bayan Lepas, and adjacent to the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Relau, Sungai Ara and Bukit Jambul. The township was created in the 1970s following the establishment of the zone.
