Yas Island (Arabic: جزيرة ياس) is an island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates named after the Arabian Tribe- Bani Yas Tribe. [1] It occupies a total land area of 25 km 2 (9.7 sq mi). It is a leisure island and one of the largest tourism projects in Abu Dhabi.
