The Armenian Hockey League (AHL) (Armenian: Հայաստանի հոկեյի լիգա, romanized: Hayastani hokeyi liga) is the highest level of ice hockey competition in Armenia. The league was founded in 2000 and currently consists of five teams: Yerevan Lions, Sharks, Pyunik, Peppers, and Falcons.
Days after the tournament, IIHF officials investigated and reported that Armenia had once again used ineligible players; the team was suspended indefinitely, and their statistics and final scores were expunged from the IIHF tournaments, with all of their games marked as 5–0 forfeits against the team.

The Armenia men's national ball hockey team is managed by the International Armenian Ball Hockey Association. In an attempt to promote figure skating and ice hockey in Armenia, the Yerevan Figure Skating and Hockey Sports School was opened in Yerevan, in December 2015. [5] Figure skating is overseen by the Figure Skating Federation of Armenia.
Armenia finished last in the tournament after losing all four of their games against Bulgaria, Iceland, Lithuania, and Turkey. [2] The following year they competed at the 2007 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships Division III tournament being held in Ankara , Turkey .
The Armenia men's national under-18 ice hockey team is the men's national under-18 ice hockey team of Armenia. The team is managed by the Ice Hockey Federation of Armenia, a member of the International Ice Hockey Federation. The team represents Armenia at the IIHF World U18 Championships.
