The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital is a 132-bed rehabilitation teaching hospital located in Boston, Massachusetts. It is the official teaching hospital for Harvard Medical School ’s Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation [ 1 ] and the main campus of the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network.
The hospital was led by James Lyons from 1981 through its merger. Lyons then was the Cape Cod Healthcare CEO until 1998. [4] Between 1998 and 2008, Steven Abbott was CEO of the unified Cape Cod Healthcare. Beginning on July 10, 2008, Dr. Richard F. Salluzzo—former CEO of Wellmont Health System in Kingsport, Tennessee—replaced Abbott. [5]

The Neville Center serves as a Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility, providing both short term rehabilitation and long-term care to its residents. The Neville Center is a non-profit organization which has been in operation since 2004. [6] This facility was nationally recognized as one of the top rehabilitation facilities in 2016. [7]
