The Honda Sport 90, Super 90, or S90, is a motorcycle produced by Honda from 1964 to 1969. [1] The Sport 90 was based on the Honda Super Cub and uses an 89.6 cc (5.47 cu in) single-cylinder OHC air-cooled engine. The engine links to a four-speed manual transmission. There is no tachometer but the speedometer indicates speed ranges for each gear.
A Base 50 engine is a generic term for engines that are reverse-engineered from the Honda 49 cc (3.0 cu in) air-cooled four-stroke single cylinder engine. Honda first offered these engines in 1958, on their Honda Super Cub 50. Honda has offered variations of this engine continuously, in sizes up to 124 cc (7.6 cu in), since its introduction.
The initial model numbers are Super Cub numbers with the suffix H for Hunter, or T for Trail. These bikes are technically not CT-series bikes, but C- and CA- series variants. However, Honda would give the new Trail Cub line its own CT designation by 1964, so any overview of the CT-series should include these first models for clarity.

The CT200 had an 87 cc iron-head pushrod OHV engine, instead of the CT90's 89 cc aluminum head OHC, with a carburetor to match.
