Sesleria autumnalis, commonly known as autumn moor grass, is a species of grass within the family Poaceae. It is native to southeastern Europe and often used as ornamental ground cover in North America.
Andropogon gayanus seeds. This tufting perennial bunchgrass can grow 4 m (13 ft) tall and 70 cm (2.3 ft) in diameter, and has hairy leaves. [4] Depending on soil and moisture conditions, it grows to a height of 1–3 m (3.3–9.8 ft). The stem base turns blue or purple as it matures. Big bluestem blooms in the summer and seeds into the fall.
However, if you live in zones 9 and warmer, they can be grown outdoors. Hardy cyclamen is a perennial, which blooms in late summer to autumn with the leaves remaining evergreen throughout the winter.
