Growing Pains is an American television sitcom created by Neal Marlens that aired on ABC from September 24, 1985, to April 25, 1992. [1] The series follows the misadventures of the Seaver family, including psychiatrist and father Jason, journalist and mother Maggie, and their children Mike, Carol, Ben, and Chrissy.
The series is a spin-off of Growing Pains, in which Kirchenbauer portrayed the same character on a recurring basis. [1] As the series progressed, Coach Lubbock's four eldest daughters, the teenagers Marie ( Heather Langenkamp ), Cindy ( Jamie Luner ), Wendy ( Brooke Theiss ), and Connie ( JoAnn Willette ), became the primary focus of the show.
